How the client limit works
Your limit counts active clients. Cross it and nothing breaks — your store keeps billing, we notify you, and you upgrade when you’re ready. We never stop billing your clients or cut off your store.

Every tier is free to use right now — no card, no trial timer. You pick a plan and pay nothing while we are in founding access.
You move onto the paid price shown for your tier. We will tell you well before anything changes, and the price you signed up at is the price you pay.
No. The price you sign up at is grandfathered for as long as you are a customer. We will never raise it on you.
Nothing breaks. We notify you and you upgrade when you are ready — we never stop billing your clients or cut off your store.
An active client — someone with at least one active service or subscription in your store. Cancelled and archived clients do not count.
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep what you paid for.
No. Your customers pay into your own Stripe or PayPal account — HostCore never holds or touches your revenue.
Not yet. Every plan is free during founding access, and the price you join at is locked. We will say more about long-term free options when founding access ends.
