The data import itself takes minutes — under an hour for large installs. The full cut-over, including your branding, email templates, and updating links on your own site, is what most providers finish in an afternoon.
It comes across as read-only history — every invoice and payment record is preserved and searchable in HostCore, but frozen rather than re-billed. Nothing is recalculated or re-sent.
Stripe and PayPal payment tokens migrate with the rest of your data. Tokens can’t be verified without charging them, so we carry them across exactly as they are; if one has expired or been revoked on the gateway side, the next renewal fails the same way it would have in WHMCS and the customer is prompted to add a card. Raw card data never enters HostCore, migration included — older WHMCS installs can hold it, and we leave it where it is. Customers on other gateways add a card once, on their next HostCore invoice.
